Saint Luke’s offers high-end cuisine with a twist. Working with publishers and author chefs – Saint Luke’s has a rotating food menu based on cookbooks – with book markers to denote starters, mains and desserts. Books will be available in our Book & Gifts store should you wish to try the menus yourself at home.
Saint Luke’s Head Chef is Gavin Lambert works with and alongside guest chefs to launch each cookbook. Each food recipe is carefully curated and paired with a wine to match. All our menus use the best of the season’s produce and is locally sourced. We aim for it to be a combination of refined cooking and delicious flavours but also importantly for it to be healthy and balanced.
