Vinyasa Pulse Yoga
This is an open class suitable for those who can perform the main postures required for sun salutations such as downward facing dog and the warrior poses. This energetic class combines a dynamic and playful blend of flowing postures and dynamic breathing. It helps to strengthen the core, tones and lengthens muscles and improve balance and flexibility whilst also reducing stress and relaxing and rejuvenating the mind.
Dirish trained and qualified with Yoga Works in LA and was mentored by celebrated international teachers Maty Ezraty and Kia Miller . He has been practicing yoga and meditation for 10 years. Dirish comes from a creative arts background and injects this creativity into his classes. His work has been described as inspiring, rejuvenating, mindful and dynamic. A qualified teacher in Vinyasa Flow, Yin Yoga, Shakti Dance and Meditation. He continues to expand his practice and teaching skills with regular expeditions to LA and India. He focuses on the breath, alignment bringing you to a state of inner peace and still point in your practice.
