Not your average meditation class, Mind House blends ancient practices with a modern ethos and playful approach.  Mind House hosts guided group meditations that are simple, but potent; serious, but fun. Their themed meditation classes are an easy and powerful way to learn, practice, and experience mindfulness at its best.       

 

This evening's event will consist of a 30 minute guided group meditation, followed by some social time over tea. This evening's theme will be "Trick or Treat" and will use mindfulness and short visualisation exercises to focus on and explore reflections on everyday life.  **Spoiler alert - there will be candy!**

 

This session will be lead by Yoga Instructor, Meditation Guide & Mind House Founder Jennifer Meer.

 

Various seat types will be available, from fluffy floor mats to normal chairs.  

 

No previous meditation experience is needed. 

 

So come round, sit down, relax, and #MindTheHead.

 

What to expect:

Doors open at 7:00 pm.  

Meditation begins at 7:10 pm.  

Meditation ends at 7:40 pm.  

Event ends at 8:00 pm
