About the Class

James Stevens & Library are pleased to offer a 6 week self defence course, suitable for anyone. Using natural body mechanics with no need to rely on size and strength, Wing Chun Dynamics Kung Fu is an explosive, accessible short range style of Kung Fu. The focus is simplicity; teaching self awareness and confidence as well as an efficient method of self defence to create a complete approach to personal safety. By the end of the course you will have a basic understanding of protecting yourself in a society that is growing more and more violent.
