Try something completely different! Kung Fu is a unique workout utilising strikes and kicks to deliver a cardio blast, whilst also strengthening connective tissues and supporting muscles. Sessions are built around a combination of high intensity cardiovascular exercises and slower targeted movements to give you a complete workout. This is the perfect way to de-stress at the end of your week and challenge your body in a new way.
