- Smoked mackerel rillet, poppy seed crisp bread

Mains

- Beef wellington, salt crusted new potato, wilted greens & wild mushroom cream

- Herb crusted salmon fillet, mormans potato, buttered chard

- Potato and truffle ravioli, ricotta and spinach sauce

Appetizer

- Fresh fig, Brie and black grape

Starters

- Mushroom pate, spinach pesto, toasted sourdough

- Smoked duck, piccalilli & herb crouton

- Chargrilled sea bass, squid ink risotto, spring onion

Amuse bouche

- Watermelon gazpacho

Mains

- Chargrilled fillet steak, truffle oil chips, watercress and horseradish

- Pan fried red mullet, lobster bisque, gnocchi.

- Oyster mushroom & spinach spring roll, butternut puree, cauliflower cheese fritters
