Beverley Kotey, Pilates instructor
Beverley is passionate about fitness and wellbeing. In addition to being a qualified fitness instructor, Beverley trained with Stott Pilates in 2013 and has been teaching private 1-2-1 and small group Pilates classes since.
Whilst at a yoga class in 2001 Beverley finally confessed to her yoga instructor that she did not know what her “core” was. The yogi suggested that she use Pilates to find it. That was the start of her Pilates exploration. Beverley teaches with enthusiasm, sensitivity and insight, come to class and let her help you find your core.
