Through synchronising breath and movement, this process-oriented hour of yoga aims to increase your flexibility and stamina while centering and refining your balance. 

Wednesday 18.00: DYNAMIC HATHA

A truly holistic yoga practice that combines the intensity of stretching with rhythmic movement. Integrating breath awareness with mindful, flowing and precise posture work, the class is designed to reset the nervous system and energy to unwind, release tension and bring under control the symptoms of stress and anxiety.

Wednesday 19.00: PLUG IN AND UNWIND: MINDFULNESS/ MEDITATION/RELAXATION

An hour of gentle movement that helps to release tension and fatigue combined with meditation and mindfulness practice. A perfect stress- buster that offers breathing and meditative techniques that help to navigate through the stress of modern life. The class ends with a guided relaxation that promotes healing and wellbeing.
