Saint Luke’s Head Chef is Michal Zajac, who has 18 years of experience working among the finest Michelin-star restaurants and private members' clubs in London. His style can be described as Modern European with a French twist, specialising in delectable meat dishes garnished with the freshest of herbs, highlighting the real flavour of the forest.
Michal's culinary philosophy is adventure, innovation and tradition as he continues to seek out unique ingredients to use in traditional recipes to bring out real, authentic flavour.
Each food recipe is carefully curated and paired with a wine to match. All our menus use the best of the season’s produce and is locally sourced. We aim for it to be a combination of refined cooking and delicious flavours but also importantly for it to be healthy and balanced.
